Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Some items may be excluded for hygiene reasons.
Open the order in your account and choose Request a return — pick the items, tell us why, and send. You will see the decision on the same page. Orders placed without an account can be attached to one from the tracking link, then returned the same way.
Once we receive and check your return, we record the amount due and arrange it with you directly. Orders are paid on delivery (cash), so there is no card to credit back — we contact you to settle it.
