Trusted brands and suppliers working with Ten Plus Ten.

Everything you can do on the shop today — how to order, track, return, exchange, and get in touch. Search below, or open a section.
You do not need an account to order. Add your items to the basket, go to checkout, and choose “Continue as guest” — it sits next to signing in, not hidden behind a link.
You give your name, e-mail, phone and address: nothing more than an account holder gives.
You pay on delivery, in cash. No card is asked for on the site.
⚠️ Keep your tracking link. The confirmation page shows it, and it is your only way back to the order — no confirmation e-mail is sent today, and we would rather say so than let you wait for one.
If you create an account later, open that tracking link while signed in: a button attaches the order to your account, and you can then request a return or an exchange. Without the link we have no way to check the order is yours.
Go to the basketSign up with your name, e-mail, password, country, city and phone.
An account gives you your order history, an address book, self-service returns and exchanges, made-to-measure and repair requests, the wishlist, and your notifications.
Forgot your password? Ask for a reset link. Nobody here can see or choose your password.
Deactivated your account? Sign in again — a button offers to reactivate it.
Create an accountType in the search bar at the top of every page. Suggestions appear as you type.
A typo does not stop the search: it also matches close spellings, so a missed letter still finds the product.
Products you opened recently are kept on your device so you can pick up where you left off. They never leave your browser.
You can also filter a category by price, brand, rating, size, colour, discount and best sellers — the result count is exact, and the address bar keeps your filters so the page can be shared or reopened.
Browse by category from the bar at the top of the page (on a phone: Categories, at the bottom). Gifts comes right after Services.
Browse the shopOn a product page, pick the colour first, then the size. Only the combinations we actually hold are offered — an option that is out of stock stays visible but is crossed out, so you are never left looking for a size that does not exist.
Below the large photo, a row of views shows the other angles of the colour you picked — front, back, sides — and the video when there is one. Tap a view to bring it up large, or swipe the large photo sideways to move between them. Both gestures work, on a phone and on a computer.
When you switch colour, the row shows only that colour's photos, plus any that apply to the whole item. If a colour has no photos of its own yet, you see all of them: never a blank screen.
Tap the large photo to enlarge it full screen. On a phone, pinch to zoom.
A size guide is available where sizes apply. It states plainly whether the measurements are the garment’s own or the usual correspondences.
“Only N left” is the real stock of the combination you selected, not a nudge.
Need it to your own measurements? See “Made to measure”.
With an account: My account → My orders. Each order shows a progress bar and, when we know it, an estimated delivery date.
Without an account: open your tracking link.
The steps are: confirmed → in preparation → shipped → out for delivery → delivered.
A tracking number appears once the parcel leaves, and we can leave you a comment on that page.
Your invoice is in your account. As soon as you order it appears in My orders — one tap, no need to open the order first — and a notification tells you it is ready. It carries an invoice number, the VAT breakdown, and prints or saves as a PDF from your browser.
Ordered without an account? The same receipt is on your tracking page — keep the private link you were given.
My ordersThis only happens if you pay part of your order online. Today everything is paid on delivery, so you will not see it.
If your bank has not confirmed yet, your order says “We’re waiting for your payment”, shows the amount still to pay and how long your items stay reserved — and states plainly that nothing has been charged to you.
Your order only moves forward once your bank confirms the payment. Not before, and not because a page said so: if you come back with a web address that announces success, we check with the bank rather than take its word.
If the deadline passes, the order is released and the items go back on sale. Nothing is charged to you. If your bank did take the money anyway, we refund it — you do not have to claim anything.
Your order page shows two separate things, and they do not mean the same thing: where the parcel is, and where the payment is. A delivered order paid on delivery is not “paid” until the courier has actually collected — so we keep the two apart rather than say something convenient.
If your order was settled with more than one method, a “How you pay” block lists each one with its amount, and whether it is expected or received.
🔴 Using points, a gift card or your wallet is not a discount. The price of the order does not change — those are ways of paying, and the VAT on the sale stays what it was.
When something is refunded, each method gets its own part back: points as points, a gift card onto that card, money as money. As long as one part has not come back, the page says “refund in progress” — never “refunded”.
If a payment could not be confirmed automatically, you will read a sentence rather than a technical code, and there is nothing for you to do: our team sees it and comes back to you.
As long as your order has not shipped, you can cancel it yourself: open the order detail, choose “Cancel my order”, confirm.
A reason is optional — you do not owe us a justification.
Nothing is charged back, because nothing was charged: you pay on delivery.
Once the parcel has left, cancelling is no longer possible. You can ask for a return after delivery.
From the detail of a delivered order, within the return window shown on the page.
Tick the items concerned — you do not have to send everything back.
Choose a reason, add a note if you wish, and send. We reply, and you follow the progress in the same place.
You can withdraw your request as long as it has not been handled.
⚠️ Since you pay on delivery, a “refund” is money we hand back to you directly. No card is credited, because none was charged.
Ordered without an account? Attach the order to an account first, using your tracking link.
Want the same piece in another size or colour? That is an exchange, not a return: you keep your purchase and we swap it.
From the detail of a delivered order, choose “Request an exchange”, tick the item, then pick the size or colour you want. Only options genuinely in stock are offered.
If the new option costs more or less, the difference is calculated and shown before anything is agreed. It is settled with the courier.
An exchange covers the same product in a different version. For a different item, use a return and place a new order.
At checkout, a field lets you enter your code. The discount appears immediately, before you confirm.
If the code has expired, has been used up, or your basket is below the minimum, the discount does not apply — but your order still goes through. You never lose your basket because of a code.
Some codes only apply to one part of the catalogue.
Delivery is still payable.
My account → My addresses. Add, edit, delete, and set a default address — it is pre-selected at checkout.
Only one address can be the default at a time.
My addressesYour wallet holds Ten Plus Ten credit that has been added to your account — for example when a return is refunded that way.
Open it from My account → Wallet & Rewards. You will see your balance and every movement, with its date and the order it relates to.
Credit can be used only at Ten Plus Ten. It cannot be withdrawn, and it cannot be transferred to anyone else.
⚠️ Paying with your balance at checkout is not available yet, and there is no card top-up. Only the shop adds credit to your wallet. We would rather tell you than show a button that does nothing.
If you do not see this page, it has not been opened on your shop yet — nothing has been lost.
You earn points on eligible purchases. Open My account → Wallet & Rewards to see them, together with your tier and your progress towards the next one.
Points are counted once your order is delivered, and they stay pending for a short while — the length of the return window — before they become available. That way nothing is spent on goods that come back.
Points are not money. Their value is set by the rewards terms shown on that page, and those terms can change; the points you have already earned always keep the terms that produced them.
If you return part of an order, the points are recalculated for what you kept — never more taken back than the return is worth. If you have already used them, your balance simply stops at zero.
When the shop opens it, a “Rewards” panel appears at checkout, above the summary. You pick one of the offered amounts — there is no free field, because only amounts that can actually be used are offered.
Points convert in whole blocks, and the share of an order payable in points is capped. A small order may accept only one block even if you hold more — the order's cap comes before your balance.
🔴 Your order total does not change. Points are a means of payment, not a discount: the sale keeps its price, and what appears below the total is what is left to pay on delivery. Your invoice says the same.
You must be signed in — points belong to an account, so a guest order cannot use them — and only available points can be spent, never pending ones.
If you cancel or return, the points you used come back in proportion to what is returned, never less and never more than you spent.
⚠️ If the panel says spending is not open yet, the shop has not switched it on. Your points keep accruing. We would rather tell you than show a button that does nothing.
If you do not see this section, the programme has not been opened on your shop yet — nothing has been lost.
Cashback is part of what you spend coming back to you. It is in dirhams — unlike loyalty points — and it joins your reward balance, which you will find on the same page as your wallet.
It is calculated once your order is delivered, on what you actually spent: the merchandise, after any discount, excluding shipping.
It stays pending for the length of the return window, then becomes part of your reward balance. The page shows you the date.
⚠️ It cannot be spent at checkout yet. Using it to pay is not open — we will tell you the day it is. Nothing expires while you wait, unless the page says otherwise.
If you return an item, the cashback is recalculated on what you keep. Returned before it became available, nothing was ever credited to you; returned after, the difference comes back out of your reward balance — never out of your own money.
The rate and the waiting period shown on the page are the ones that apply today. Cashback you have already earned always keeps the terms it was earned under.
A catalogue piece, to your measurements: on the product page choose the size “Custom”. A field appears for your measurements — it is required, and it travels all the way to the workshop.
A request of your own: on the product page, choose “Request made to measure”. You can start from a proposed cut, describe freely what you want, or both. Add your measurements and, if you like, photos.
We send you a quote. You accept or decline it — nobody decides for you. If you accept, an order is created without you retyping anything.
Central Service handles phones, laptops and consoles.
Choose the service, describe the fault, add photos, then give your city and phone number.
We study the request and send you a quote. You accept or decline — nothing moves until you decide.
Follow the progress under “My requests”, on the same page. You can declare several devices in one request.
Central ServiceOn the product page, in the Reviews section. A rating out of 5, an optional title and text, quick tags to tick, and — where it applies — how the size fits.
A review is not published immediately: it goes through moderation, and you are told the decision.
You can correct your review at any time; it goes back through moderation before being published again.
If you bought the item, your review carries a “verified purchase” mark.
My account → Export my data. You get a complete file of everything we hold about you: profile, addresses, orders and their detail, reviews, made-to-measure and repair requests, wishlist, basket, notifications.
The file also states what it does not contain, and why: your password (never kept in clear), our internal moderation notes, the photos attached to your requests (ask us for them), and technical logs.
My accountWhatsApp: the green button at the bottom of every page.
Or use the contact form.
Notifications: the bell, once you are signed in — orders, returns, exchanges, repairs, reviews.
You can switch off e-mail notifications in your account. The in-app ones stay on: that is where everything happens.
Contact formSome listings ask how you would like to buy the item: ready-made (the finished piece), fabric only (sold by the metre, piece or roll) or custom tailoring (the fabric, made into the piece you want). For tailoring we ask whether you already have a piece to copy, or whether a tailor should come and measure you — and we need the address either way. Any service fees are shown before you buy, on the listing and in the cart; you will never discover a surcharge on the invoice. A preferred date and time is a preference, not a booking: we always confirm before coming.
On a computer the colours sit in the left column, beside the large photo, each thumbnail carrying the colour's name. On a phone they sit under the price. Change colour and everything follows: the main photo, the views underneath, the available sizes and the stock. If the size you had picked does not exist in the new colour it is removed rather than silently swapped, so you pick again knowingly. The page address remembers your choice, so you can share it and whoever opens it sees exactly the colour and size you were looking at.
A gift card is stored value carried by a code. It pays like cash on an order and changes no price at all: your basket keeps its total and its VAT, and the card simply covers part of it. Whatever the card does not cover is paid the usual way.
The code is a secret. We never store it — only a fingerprint of it, the way a password is kept — so nobody at Ten Plus Ten can read it back to you, and a leak of our records exposes no card. Keep it as you would keep cash: whoever has the code can spend the card.
You do not have to add a card to your account to use it. Adding one only makes it visible under Wallet & Rewards, with its remaining balance; the card works with or without an account. A card added to your account cannot be added to somebody else's.
A card is used little by little. Spend 100 of a 500 card and 400 stay on it for next time — there is no limit to the number of orders. If you cancel an order, everything the card paid comes back onto the card. If you return part of an order, its share comes back the same way. Value paid by a card always returns to that card, never as cash.
If a card is lost or stolen, tell us: we can block it. Blocking takes nothing away — the balance stays exactly as it is, and unblocking gives nothing back because nothing was taken.
At checkout you choose between Standard and Express. Each option shows its price, how long it takes in working days, and whether it is free — all read from the shop's settings, not written once into a page.
Standard delivery is free from AED 200. The threshold counts the merchandise after any discount code: a basket of AED 220 brought down to AED 180 by a promo code still pays for delivery, and the screen says so before you confirm.
Close to the threshold, the checkout tells you exactly what is missing — “Add AED 20.00 to get free delivery.” Once you cross it, the price is struck through and the line reads Free.
⚠️ Express is never free. It costs more because it goes faster, and no threshold applies to it — on a AED 500 basket you still pay for it, and the screen shows that price.
Go to the basketIn the delivery address box there is a button: “Use my current location.” Your browser asks for permission first.
If you allow it, we fill in your emirate, your city and your area when we can read them. We never fill in line 1 — the building, street or villa number. No location service knows it, and an address that looks complete but cannot be followed is worse than an empty field.
We never overwrite anything you have already typed, and everything stays editable afterwards.
If you decline, or if it does not work, nothing breaks: type your address as usual. The button is a shortcut, never a requirement.
Your coordinates are used to look the address up and then discarded — they are not stored with your order.
Go to checkoutEvery order is paid cash on delivery. You will not be asked for card details anywhere on this site.
The footer shows a second group of logos under “Coming soon” — cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Tabby, Tamara. Those are not available yet.
They are kept in a separate group and labelled, precisely so they are never mistaken for something you can choose today.
